About Oshawa Airport Limo

Bond Transporters is a private car and airport transfer service running three Audi SUVs across the corridor from Oakville through Toronto to Oshawa.

This site is the Durham Region front door for Bond Transporters. It is a working car service, not a booking platform, not a directory, and not a company that will pass your number to five other operators and let them fight over it.

The fleet, stated exactly, because vagueness about vehicles is the oldest trick in this trade: a 2024 blue Audi Q7, a 2023 black Audi Q7 and a 2027 black Audi Q9. Three SUVs. Four to five passengers with airport luggage, depending on how much luggage. There are no sedans, no stretch limousines, no Sprinter vans, no fifteen-seaters and no coaches. If a job needs one of those, you will be told to book it elsewhere.

The service corridor runs from Oakville through Toronto to Oshawa, which means a Durham pickup heading west and a western pickup heading east are both ordinary work rather than a favour.

Why a Durham-specific site

Because Durham is priced and planned wrong by almost everyone who works mainly in Toronto. The region is 45 kilometres wide at the exact angle that matters — Pickering is about 55 kilometres from Pearson and Newcastle is close to 100 — and an operator who treats that as one market either quotes a Pickering number and cannot afford the Clarington trip, or quotes a Clarington number and overcharges everyone west of Whitby.

The same goes for time. The westbound 401 through Ajax and Whitby is solid from about 6:15 in the morning until 9:30 and again eastbound from 3:30 until 7. A door time that works in Etobicoke does not work here. Getting that number right is most of the job, and it is why every page on this site keeps coming back to it.

• Weddings and celebration nights as principal transport, casino and event runs, and the honeymoon flight the next morning

What this site will not do

It will not publish reviews, ratings or star counts it does not have. There are no invented client quotes on any page here and no claim about how long anyone has been doing this. It will not publish a fixed rate card, because a single Durham price is arithmetically dishonest. It will not tell you a vehicle is something other than one of three Audi SUVs, and it will not claim a capacity the cars do not have.

It also will not pretend a car is always the right answer. GO's Lakeshore East line into Union plus UP Express is cheaper than any car service for a single traveller with a carry-on flying midday, and you will hear that here even though it costs us the booking. The argument for a car is bags, early hours, late arrivals, weekends, a group splitting one fare, and a flight that cannot be missed — not a claim that the train does not exist.

What it does not take on

Groups larger than four to five people per car, unless more than one car is free. Coach and shuttle work. Party-bus and stretch-limousine work of any kind. Courier and cargo runs. Medical transport, which is a regulated business and a different one. Unscheduled street pickups — every trip here is arranged in advance, which is the whole operating model rather than a restriction.

If a request belongs to someone else, you will be told that rather than sold something that does not fit. Public information about the airports, the highways and the train alternatives is linked throughout this site from the operators themselves: Toronto Pearson, Billy Bishop, the City of Oshawa for its own airport, Ontario 511 for the roads and GO Transit for the train.

How this works

Call 437-235-2663 or send the form with the date, the pickup address, the flight number if there is one, and how many people and bags are travelling. You get back a door time worked backwards from the flight, the route the trip assumes, whether a toll is in the number, and a quote for that specific trip. Nothing is booked until you have the number, and the number does not change on the day. Every pickup is arranged in advance rather than taken at a curb, and your details are not sold or passed to other operators.

What we won't do

• Publish reviews we didn't earn. When we have them, they'll be real ones with names.
• Quote a firm price before someone has seen the job.
• Send anyone into your property who we would not have in our own.
